I was out of town and wanted to surprise my sister with a special Birthday arrangement so I used the App to place my order. When I returned home to find the bouquet I ordered, I was very disappointed. The picture made the arrangement seem much bigger. The flowers were fresh but I expected a much more full arrangement. I did NOT order a balloon but one was included so I'm wondering if the amount of flowers were reduced to reflect the price of the balloon. All in all I was not pleased. I have used Coram Florist many times and this is the first time I didn't go into the store to order. Usually I have been happy, this time not so much.
